| This is an annual report on Dublin Core Metadata Initiative and Review of DC-2011 Conference. It introduces research activities done by DCMI which is responsible for DC management, mainly including the research and practice on Metadata Harmonization. Meanwhile, the report reviews all activities by DCMIcommunities and task groups, too. DCMI has completed the process of appointing new Executive Officers this year. The authors interview the new Executive Officere and keynote speaker by the National Library of the Netherlands, review the history of DCMI, and discuss DCMI goals going forward. |
