| After years of construction, NSTL national open database resources have been implemented in a certain scale. By researching the usage, we can analyze that E-resources meet the demand of domestic scientific research, in order to understand the role of E-resources in National science and technology literature resource strategic security. We can also learn the user's need and study on operation and development of"national license"mode. |
