| 随着开放获取出版与在线科研的兴起,科学知识的传播呈现网络化趋势,基于文献引证关系的文献计量学方法已不能客观反映科学交流的现状,替代计量学方法因补充学术社交媒体等网络信息正逐步成为计量分析与科技评价的新指标.图书馆作为为学科评估提供定量数据支撑的机构,在知识机构库等数字化建设时应引入替代计量学工具,为科学交流网络化时代的图书馆参与学科评估奠定基础. |

| With the rise of open access publishing and online research, the spread of scientific knowledge presents the trend of network. The method of bibliometrics based on citation relationship, which may not objectively reflect the status quo of scientific communication, altmetrics are gradually becoming a new indicator for quantitative analysis and scientific and technological evaluation due to the addition of academic and social media. Library as an institution for providing quantitative data support for research evaluation.Library should introduce alternative tools in the process of digital library construction such as institutional repository, and lay the groundwork for the library to participate in the research evaluation in age of basing internet scientific communication. |
