| 随着新媒体技术的发展，越来越多的公共图书馆通过建设图书馆手机网站、移动阅读客户端等方式为读者提供新媒体服务，但对移动服务成效及用户使用情况的分析研究仍较少。本文以国家图书馆移动服务统计数据为基础，分析移动服务的用户使用情况及阅读习惯，探讨我国公共图书馆提供移动服务时如何引导用户，扩大用户范围，提升移动服务成效，为公共图书馆更好地开展移动资源建设和服务提供参考。 |

| With the development of new media technologies, more and more public libraries have begun to adopt the construction of library mobile phone websites, develop reading clients and other means to provide readers with mobile digital reading services, but the real effect of the library’s mobile terminal services is lack of specialized articles for analysis. Based on the statistics of mobile services in National Library of China, this paper analyzes the users’ usage and reading habits of mobile services, and probes into how to guide users, enlarge the scope of users, and enhance the effectiveness of mobile services when providing mobile services of public libraries in China, so as to provide references for public libraries to better develop mobile resources construction and services. |
