| 信息采纳作为回答者知识贡献所得的认可影响问答社区用户知识共享的积极性，而在线互动在信息采纳过程中发挥着不可忽视的作用，因此通过回答者在线互动对信息采纳的影响进行研究具有现实意义。本文以知乎问答为研究样本，在信息采纳模型的基础上融入在线互动理论，充分考虑响应性的关键作用，采用负二项回归方法，通过回答者在线互动对信息采纳的直接影响及调节效应进行实证分析。研究表明，回答者在线互动各因子（互动数量、回复及时性、丰富性）对信息采纳度均有正向影响，对信息质量和信息源可靠性的调节作用各异。本研究结果为社会化问答社区和其中的作答用户提供了明确的影响机制和切实可行的建议。 |

| As the recognition of respondents’ knowledge contribution, information adoption affects the enthusiasm of users’ knowledge sharing in Q&A community. Online interaction plays an important role in the process of information adoption, so it is of practical significance to study the impact of online interaction on information adoption. This paper took the Q&A of Zhihu as the research sample, integrated the online interaction theory on the basis of the information adoption model, fully considered the key role of responsiveness, and used the negative binomial regression method to analyze the direct impact and regulatory effect of online interaction on information adoption. The research showed that the online interaction factors (interaction quantity, response timeliness and richness) had positive effects on information adoption, and had different regulatory effects on information quality and information source reliability. The results of this study provide clear impact mechanism and practical suggestions for social Q&A community and its users. |
