| 以U.S.News2020年世界大学排名榜单为参考，分别选取美英日三国排名靠前的5所高校图书馆作为调查对象，通过网络调查的方法，从总体方案、资源建设、纸质文献服务、数字文献服务、教学嵌入服务、COVID-19的研究支持服务6个方面对国外一流高校图书馆应对疫情的举措展开调查与分析。国外高校图书馆在疫情防控中表现出较为专业的应急服务能力与线上服务能力，我国高校图书馆可以从中汲取经验，通过开辟专栏导航发布资源与服务、建设数字化课程资源储备平台、系统化建设信息素养教育类在线指南并提供定制化指导、建设与储存专题特藏资源，以进一步提升我国高校图书馆的应急服务与线上服务能力。 |

| Taking U.S.News 2020 World University Ranking List as a reference, the top five university libraries in the United States, Britain and Japan were selected as the objects of investigation. Through the method of online investigation, this paper investigates and analyzes the measures taken by the foreign first-class university libraries to deal with the epidemic situation from six aspects: the overall response plan, resource construction, paper document service, digital document service, teaching embedded service, and COVID-19 research support service. Foreign university libraries have shown more professional emergency service capabilities and online service capabilities in epidemic prevention and control. Chinese university libraries can learn from the experience to further enhance emergency services and online service capabilities, such as developing column navigation to release resources and services, building a digital curriculum resource reserve platform, systematically building online guides for information literacy education and providing customized guidance, building and storing special collection resources. |
