| 为统一欧洲的科研数据管理政策，科学欧洲发布了《科研数据管理国际联盟实用指南》。自发布以来取得了良好效果，极大推进了欧洲开放科学的进程。鉴于此，围绕其制定和应用这一主线，对其内容要素进行深入分析，以为我国相关机构制定政策和出台办法提供启发与参考。 |

| In order to unify research data management policies in Europe, Science Europe has published a practical guide to the international alignment of research data management, since publication, it has achieved good results and greatly promoted the process of European open science. Based on this, focusing on the formulation and application of the guide, this paper deeply analyzed the content elements of the guide to provide inspiration and reference for relevant institutions in our country for formulating policies and issues. |
