| 智慧图书馆评价是推动智慧图书馆事业发展的关键，其重要作用贯穿智慧图书馆建设的始终。目前国内外相关研究与实践还处于探索阶段，亟需从学术研究层面进行深入探讨。本文从智慧图书馆概念和认知模型出发，将面向对象分析思想引入智慧图书馆建设评价，创新性地提出智慧图书馆系统的面向对象分析模型（OOSL），并通过对模型中对象间交互作用和关联关系的分析，确定智慧图书馆的评价要素包括馆员、基础设施、管理和服务4个评价维度和12个评价要素，不仅为今后智慧图书馆评价研究提供了新思路，还为智慧图书馆建设实践提供了理论指导，有利于促进智慧图书馆建设、管理和评价工作的规范化和标准化。 |

| The evaluation of smart libraries is the key to promoting the development of smart libraries, and it is very important in every aspect of the construction of smart libraries. However, the construction and application of the evaluation system at home and abroad is still in the exploratory stage, it is urgent to conduct in-depth discussions from the academic research level. Based on the concept and cognitive model of smart library established earlier, this paper introduces the idea of object-oriented analysis into the evaluation of smart library construction, and innovatively proposes OOSL. Then, in the analysis of objects and the interaction between objects in the OOSL, four evaluation dimensions of librarian, infrastructure, management and service were determined. Finally, this paper constructed 12 evaluation elements for smart library development. The research results of this paper not only provides new ideas for future smart library evaluation research, but also provides theoretical guidance for smart library development practices, which is beneficial to promote the standardization and standardization of the development, management and evaluation of smart library. |
