| 突发公共卫生事件下，图书馆开展了多项资源应急保障服务，为评估此类服务对用户产生的效益，本研究根据图书馆调研结果，选择图书馆成效评估为理论基础，提出“资源应急保障成效评估”概念并进行内涵辨析。在此基础上，通过用户问卷调查，设计了一套具备灵活性和可操作性的图书馆资源应急保障成效评估框架，为图书馆开展相关评估工作提供参考。 |

| Under the background of public health emergencies, libraries have provided a number of resource emergency support services. In order to evaluate the benefits of such services to users, this study selects the library outcome assessment as the theoretical basis according to the research results of libraries, and the concept of “resource emergency support outcome assessment” is carried out and defined, its connotation is analyzed. On this basis, through user questionnaire surveys, a flexible and maneuverable Outcome Assessment Framework is designed which would be a useful reference for libraries to evaluate resource emergency support services. |
