| This paper comprehensively analyzed the construction and development experience of the National Center for Biotechnology Information of the United States and the European Bioinformatics Institute, which have important international influence, in the construction and development of biomedical data resources, tool utilization and sharing services. It summarized enlightenment and suggestions for the construction of biomedical science data centers in China from six aspects, such as funding and personnel support, IT infrastructure, resource construction, tool research and development, standards and norms, and user service. |
