| 在OA政策的驱动下，大学图书馆开始扮演数字出版者的新角色以促进数字学术交流发展。本文全面介绍瑞士洛桑联邦理工学院图书馆出版服务的特点及其对图书馆服务创新的影响，从紧密结合OA政策的出版服务、融入研究活动全过程的支撑服务、多途径的资金支持、全新的数据出版服务以及出版素养教育服务等方面展开研究。最后基于洛桑联邦理工学院模式，提出我国大学图书馆出版服务的创新路径：加快图书馆向数字出版者角色转变、基于机构知识库出版、多种方式扩大开放获取程度、智能技术推动图书馆出版服务创新发展、引入协同出版理念。 |

| Driven by open access policies, many university libraries take on new roles as publishers to support digital scholarly communication. This case study introduces latest cases of publishing service in EPFL Library and its impact on library service innovation. The features involve combining open access policy closely with publishing service, publication engagements, financial support from multiple channels, new data publication and scholarly publishing literacy services. Drawing from EPFL’s model, the paper summarizes the innovative path of publishing service in domestic university libraries, acting as accelerating the transformation of libraries into digital publishers, publishing based on institutional repository, expanding open access in a variety of ways, promoting the library publishing services with intelligent technology, and the idea of collaborative publishing. |
