| 元宇宙与文化数字化具有天然的关联。本文结合文化数字化的大背景，引用制度经济学的产权理论对元宇宙和文化数字化之间的关系和作用机制进行分析。本文认为区块链可以帮助元宇宙明确信息产权，将文化有形化，但也需规避元宇宙的虚拟特性会在文化数字化的过程中，导致庞氏骗局和市场失灵的风险出现。 |

| The metaverse is closely related to cultural digitalization. In accordance with cultural digitalization, this study employs property righty theory to explore the relationship between cultural digitalization and metaverse. We propose that utilizing blockchain in the metaverse facilitates the construction of information property rights and brings culture to tangibility. We also should take care of the “Ponzi Scheme” and “Market Failure” brought by the virtual properties of the metaverse. |
