| 5G、区块链、大数据、云计算、人工智能等新技术快速发展，公共图书馆数字资源建设不再局限于实体资源的数字化。作为公共数字文化建设的基础保障和重要支撑，公共图书馆数字资源建设的发展方向已成为业界关注的焦点。结合15个副省级公共图书馆数字资源基本情况调研，从内容建设、平台建设及服务成效等方面入手分析数字资源建设取得的成果及存在的问题，提出从构建数字资源知识内容体系、利用身份证统一认证访问数字资源、优化数字资源服务平台、建设公共图书馆数字化平台4个方面提升公共图书馆数字资源建设水平。 |

| With the rapid development of new technologies such as 5G, blockchain, big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, the construction of digital resources in public libraries is no longer limited to the digitalization of physical resources. As the basic guarantee and important support of public digital culture construction, the development direction of public library digital resources construction has become the focus of the industry. Based on the survey of digital resources of fifteen sub-provincial public libraries, this paper analyzes the achievements and problems of digital resources construction from the aspects of content construction, platform construction and service effectiveness, and puts forward the following measures to improve the construction level of public library digital resource: constructing the knowledge content system of digital resources, using ID cards to uniformly authenticate and access digital resources, optimizing the digital resources service platform and building public library digital platform. |
