      文章对教育部审批的102家科技查新工作站及其所在图书馆的查收查引应急服务策略和响应状况开展调研,并对疫情前后查收查引的服务需求变化进行对比分析。研究表明:高校图书馆查收查引网络化服务业态及多样化服务格局已经形成;部分图书馆及时调整服务策略,在应急服务方面做出了积极探索和实践,但业界总体上还需进一步改进和完善;建议图书馆建立常态化查收查引服务管理体系,包括服务需求分析预测、服务模式调整、服务效果评价以及服务规划等。
英文摘要:
      The article investigates the service strategies and responses of 102 sci-tech novelty search workstations of the Ministry of Education and their libraries in the initial stage and the normal prevention and control stage of the epidemic, and compares and analyzes the changes in demand for index and citation checking service before and after the epidemic. The research result shows that the network service format and diversified service pattern of index and citation checking of university libraries have been formed. In order to adapt to the development and changes of the epidemic situation, some libraries have adjusted their service strategies in time, and made active exploration and practice in the emergency services, but the industry as a whole still needs further improvement. It is suggested that libraries should establish a normalized index and citation checking service management system, including service demand analysis and prediction, service mode adjustment, service effect evaluation and service planning.
