| 区块链因与数字出版在技术生产、内容规制以及价值规范上具有较高的逻辑共通性，而被广泛应用于数字出版业态创新，重构了数字出版的内容生产、推广营销、盈利分配、数据治理等业务环节。然而，区块链在正向赋能数字出版之际亦存在技术隐忧，身份主体性的位移、信息自主权的丢失以及归责追溯的困难等伦理问题逐渐显现。未来，需从主体性价值回归、建构被遗忘权机制、创设系统治理体系等入手，规避区块链与数字出版融合而产生的技术风险与伦理挑战。 |

| Blockchain is widely used in the innovation of digital publishing industry because of the compatibility between the two in terms of technology,value and content regulation. Various aspects of digital publishing such as content production, promotion and marketing, profit distribution and data governance are improving thanks to blockchain. However, while blockchain is generally a positive influence on digital publishing, there are also technological concerns and emerging ethical problems, such as the displacement of identity, the loss of control over information and the challenges in implementing accountability. In the future, it is necessary to tackle the technological and ethical issues in the application of blockchain to digital publishing by valuing autonomy and the right to be forgotten, and establish systematic governance. |
