| 为增强公共数字文化产品的服务普惠性，以公共数字文化服务为研究对象，从重塑公共数字文化服务体系、优化资源配置和增强文化消费意识三个维度探讨公共数字文化服务平台建设的价值尺度。以支持服务、调度服务、应用服务和反馈服务四重逻辑构建为出发点，探究公共数字文化服务平台建设的优化逻辑，进一步为资源融合、环境改善、服务制定以及效果反馈提供价值基础。 |

| In order to enhance the service universality of public digital cultural products, the value scale of public digital cultural service platform construction is discussed from reshaping the public digital cultural service system, optimizing resource allocation and enhanced cultural consumption awareness with public digital cultural services as the research object. Taking the four-fold logical construction of support service, scheduling service, application service and feedback service as the starting point, the optimization logic of public digital cultural service platform construction is explored to further provide the value basis for resource integration, environment improvement, service formulation and effect feedback. |
