| 在文化数字化战略背景下，公共图书馆数据中心作为公共文化服务数字化的重要载体与图书馆数据治理的实行主体，需要注重在各环节协同治理中实现多维度融合。通过对国家图书馆以及31个省级图书馆的调研，发现我国公共图书馆数据中心建设尚处于“数据孤岛”广泛存在的初级阶段，为此提出数据中心融合建设策略、搭建融合运营模型，以期推动文旅融合、文教融合、基层治理融合等数据中心跨场景运营功能落地，让公共图书馆文化大数据价值得到智慧化挖掘，实现文化数字化成果的全民共享。 |

| Under the background of cultural digitization strategy, public library data center, as an important carrier of public cultural service digitization and the implementation subject of library data governance, needs to pay attention to the realization of multi-dimensional integration in the collaborative governance of various links. Through the investigation of the construction status of National Library of China and 31 provincial libraries, it can be seen that the construction of public library data centers in China is still in the initial stage of widespread existence of “data islands”. By proposing strategies for data center integrated construction and building integrated operation model, we can promote the implementation of cross-scene operation functions of data centers such as cultural and tourism integration, cultural and educational integration, and grassroots governance integration. It enables the value of cultural big data in public libraries to be intelligently mined and developed, and realize the sharing of cultural digital achievements by all. |
