| The 14th Five-Year is a very important period for China to march towards a new journey, so the formulation of the 14th Five-Year Plan is of special significance. Taking Tsinghua University Library as an example, the article discusses the formulation ideas and specific contents of the 14th Five-Year Plan for resource construction, as well as introducing the practices and future directions of related library services in university teaching and scientific research. It hopes to provide a useful reference for the compilation and implementation of resource development planning among university libraries. |
